Steffan Ianigro

Biography

Steffan Ianigro is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney Design Lab. Steffan’s research explores biologically inspired computing and the notion of computational creativity. Steffan is also an active musician and has written works and performed in a variety of events, such as a performance in the Generative Art Conference 2015 in Venice, a performance as part of the Musify Gamify concert in Vivid Sydney 2015, a performance at Ensemble Offspring’s ‘Listening Museum’ concert, a collaboration with the ‘Ampere Quartet’ as part of the ‘New Wave’ program for ‘Vivid Sydney 2013’, a performance in the ‘Tin Shed Spots’ series supporting German artist Schneider TM and a performance in the ‘Silent Hour’ series supporting Japanese artist Marihiko Hara.
